Cad Crowd provides recruiting services to connect clients seeking to hire engineers, software developers, and other talent for technical roles. Using our proprietary network of industry professionals, our AI software for shortlisting US-based talent, and our manual review of job applicants, we ensure to shortlist the best experts for our client’s needs.
3. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our services with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cad Crowd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties harmless for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
9. Termination
Cad Crowd may terminate your use of the services if it believes you have violated these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
